1. Standard: EN10217
2. Specification for pressure purposes Non-ally steel tubes with specified room temperature properties.
3. Grade£ºP195TR1, P195TR2, P235TR1, P235TR2, P265TR1, P265TR2
4. Type: Electric Resistance Welded(ERW)
5. Size: NPS 1 TO NPS 24 [DN25 to DN 600], with nominal average wall thickness as given in ASME B 36.10M or as customers requirement.
6. Outer Diameter: 1-24 inches( 33.4¡ª609.6mm)
7. Thickness: 3-12mm
The sizes can be according to ANSI B36.10.
8. Length: Min 3 Meters, Max18 Meters, or according to customers requirement.
9. Ends: Small sizes are plain, Large sizes are beveled, or according to customer¡¯s requirement
10. Surface Treatment: Normally bare or black vanish, FBE/2PE/3PE Coated.
11. Packing: Small sizes below 219.1mm in bundles, Large sizes in bulk; If need, all the pipes can be covered in waterproof wrapping.
12. Testing: Chemical Analysis, Tensile test on base material, Transverse tensile test on the weld, Flattening test, Drift expanding test, Weld bend test, Impact test, Hydrostatic test, Electromagnetic test, Non-Destructive Testing.
