Stainless Steel Pipes / Tubes Prices List (At Factory Prices)

We bring forth an exclusive range of U-bend tubes, which are known for their superior quality and excellent functionality. Fabricated from best grade raw material, our range is rigorously quality checked by our team of talented professionals on every stage of production to deliver the clients defect free best quality products. Available in different specifications, these U bend tubes can be custom designed in various diameters as per the requirements of our clients.

Features :

'U' bending is done by cold working process.
'U' bending is done to the required radius as per customer drawings.
The bend portion and six inch leg is stress relieved by resistance heating.
Inert gas (Argon) is passed through it at the required flow rate to avoid oxidation in ID.
The radius is checked for its OD and wall thinning with the recommended specification.
The physical properties and micro-structure is checked at three different position.
Visual inspection for waviness and cracks is done with Dye Penetrant Test.
Each tube is then hydro tested at the recommended pressure to check for leakage.
Cotton ball test is done to check the ID cleanliness of the tube.
Thereafter pickled, dried, marked and packed.
All procedure is strictly followed as per TEMA "C" and ASTM A-688.

“U” bending is done on seamless stainless steel straight tubes by cold working process. Depending upon the radius, which will be strictly according to drawing furnished by the customers, the straight tubes are bent on a pulley of known radius. Thereafter, the bend portion plus 6 inch leg length is stress relieved by resistance heating, The temperature is controlled and maintained with the help of suitable Pyrometer at required temperature and time. Inert gas is passed through it at the required flow rate to avoid inside oxidation.

Citizen having dedicated facilities for manufacturing ‘U’ Bend up to developed length of 30 metres.

We guarantee the quality of our U-tubes and the surface will be thoroughly cleaned to make double sure that the surface is perfect, free from any foreign materials and smooth without any deficiency in quality.
